Check battery status and charge.

If the smartphone does not support hands-free
calling with a headset,
voice calling will not be enabled.

Check smartphone’s settings to see if
‘Legato Arc™ R72E’ appears.
Turning on the neckband
headset
by pressing
the MFB for 2 seconds while keeping Control Button
