Cleaning and Maintenance
1.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before
cleaning.
2.
Clean housing of coffee machine with a damp cloth, clean the
water tank, drip tray and removable shelf regularly then dry
thoroughly.
3.
Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser. Never immerse
the appliance completely in water or any other liquids.
4.
Detach the metal funnel by turning it clockwise and get rid of
coffee residue inside, before cleaning it with cleanser and rinse
with clear water.
Decalcifying
1.
Clean the coffee maker regularly.
2.
To clean the mineral deposits after making an espresso coffee:
Operate the appliance as described in “Pre

heating” by using
ordinary vinegar or citric acid (without coffee) to fill the water
tank.
3.
After descaling, repeat the steps with only water to rinse away
the vinegar and scale remainders.
