Precautions when using Jug Kettle
1) Use only cold water when filling.
2) Should you accidentally allow the kettle to operate without
water; the boil-dry protection will automatically switch it off. If
this should occur, allow the kettle to cool before filling with cold
water and re-boiling.
3) The base and exterior of the kettle must not become wet.
How to Operate Your Jug Kettle
Before using for the first time
Boil and discard the water at least twice without adding any
chemicals or other additives.
How To Boil Water
1. Fill the kettle with water as required. You may refer to the water
level indicator as reference. Do not fill water exceeding the
“MAX” mark.
2. Position the kettle on the base unit and connect to the Mains
electricity supply.
3. Press the ON lever down to start operating. The indicator light
will be illuminated.
4. You may interrupt the boiling process at any time by switching
off the main electricity supply or lifting the ON/OFF switch
upwards.
5. The kettle switches off automatically when the water has been
boiled. The indicator light will also turn OFF automatically.
