7.
Push and turn the rotary control!
The ratio is set!
The time constant is set like in the gate section.
The compressor of the zirkon is of RMS-near character.
This allows to give a more compact impression of voices
and noises. For using it also in a running programme, the
characteristic line is rotated around the working point
during the ratio setting (see diagramme). This allows the
setting without the danger of level breakdown by
displacement of the characteristic line.

Turn the rotary control positioned above the left
compressor button!
The attack parameter is set.
9.
Push and rotate to change the release time.
10.
Push the right button to activate the compressor.
11.
Turn the rotary control positioned above the right
button to change the threshold value.
