The parameter GAIN adjusts, in contrast to MIC, the input
gain digitally, i. e. after the analogue/digital conversion.
The setting range is -30 ... +9 dB.
With this parameter you can equalise different volume
levels of the sources to the mixing console so that in the
fader positions of 0dB all sources reach a more or less
equal volume. The operation runs parallel with that of the
rotary control in the channel strip.
4.
Press the button GAIN!
The value is reset to the normal 0dB-position.
The function PHASE cannot be set via the rotary control.
5.
Press the button “phase”!
For mono sources a phase reverse of 180° is carried out. For
stereo sources only the phase of the right channel is reversed
by 180°!
This function allows to correct a wrong cabling or setting
up special microphone arrangements. The normal status
of this function is OFF.
The rightmost button is labeled according to the type of
source either with balance BAL (stereo) or panorama PAN
(mono).
6.
Turn the rotary control positions above the button
"pan” resp. “bal”!
The channel strip is positioned in the stereo sum.
