Chapter 3: AdminHD
Operating Principles
Online/Offline Status
AdminHD starts up in offline mode; the online/offline status is shown in the status bar at the bottom of the
display:
Offline
When running offline, you can:

Download configuration data (from the online system to your computer).
·
Edit the configuration data, locally on your computer in AdminHD.
·
Export and upload cold start configuration files (from your computer to the mc²56 MKII control system).
Note that to download and upload data, you will need a valid network connection between your AdminHD
computer and the mc²56 MKII control system.
Online
You should switch to online mode if you wish to:

Monitor the system status.
·
Update the online configuration (in memory).
