the system.
1) (fig.D) Fill the tank with water. To guarantee
that the device runs well and lasts a long
time (preventing limestone deposits), di-
stilled / demineralized water must be used.
Alternatively, introduce softening products
added to commonly used water. Limesto-
ne deposits could compromise the device’s
normal operation (intermittent steam sup-
ply, water leaks from the relief valve, nozzle
and supply pipe clogging). In this case, con-
tact authorized personnel.
2) (fig.B) If an accessory is used , insert the
handpiece completely into the hole before
turning on the device.
> USAGE
•
Caution: Do not touch the steam jet or
the nozzle end with your hands during use
and for 5 minutes after use (fig.E).
1) Connect the machine only if the mains vol-
tage corresponds to the rated voltage mar-
ked on the rating plate.
2) (fig.C) Place the switch on “II” and wait 60 se-
conds:

steam will begin to come out of the han-
dpiece nozzle. A jet of boiling water prece-
des the steam. During this phase, point the
jet downward away from people, animals,
electrical parts and objects sensitive to high
temperatures.
3) LEDS do not indicate when the water is de-
pleted. Steam will simply stop coming out
(in this case, refill the tank). Never let the
water in the tank run out completely. Top off
when the level reaches the 1/4 of tank. Ope-
ration without water for long periods (gre-
ater than 3 minutes) can damage the boiler
feed pump.
•
Caution: The steam equipment is fitted
with a pressure relief valve. This safety
device intervenes, releasing the pressure
that accumulates when steam is unable to
come out of the handpiece nozzle. In this
case, water will drip out of the lower drain
under the tank.
> UNCLOGGING TIP
In caso di otturazione dell’ugello seguire le
seguenti istruzioni.
1) (fig.C) Turn “OFF” the steam unit and allow at
least 10 minutes for unit to cool.
2) (fig.F) Insert end of wire tip cleaner into
small opening repeatedly to unclog .
