•

Never move the machine by pulling the power

cable or flexible hose

•

Never direct the opening of the machine or the

flexible tube towards people or animals

•

Protect the machine from the rain

•

Check that the machine is connected to a pow-

er source with the correct voltage indicated on

the registration plate

•

Make sure that the power cable has no wear or

damage. if replacing the cable, always replace it

with another of the same specifications as the

original one: cables that are not approved or of

inferior quality may overheat and cause serious

injury to the user

•

Make sure that the machine is connected to

an appropriate power source in full working

order (check the presence of a fully functional

grounding socket)

•

Never allow unauthorized personnel to use the

machine

•

Make sure that all safety devices are in full

working order before turning on the machine

•

Never cover the vacuum cleaner during use

APPLICATIONS

•

Before use, check that the unit and operating

equipment, in particular, the power supply ca-

ble and the extension cord are in the perfect

condition and are safe to operate.  Do no use

this unit if not in perfect condition.

•

Never use it to vacuum explosive or combusti-

ble gases, liquids, or dusts, or undiluted acids

and solvents.  Substances to avoid also include

petrol, paint thinner and fuel oil which could

form explosive fumes or mixtures in contact

with the turbulent air under vacuum.  In addi-

tion, the list includes acetone and aluminium

and magnesium dusts.  These substances can

also corrode the parts of the unit.

•

Do not vacuum burning or glowing objects or

open flames.

•

Do not direct the unit at people or animals.

•

Avoid use at low temperatures.

•

The appropriate safety regulations must be

observed when using the unit in dangerous

areas (such as petrol stations).  It is forbidden

the socket, have the socket replaced with an-

other of suitable type by professionally quali-

fied staff.

•

Only use or replace electrical supply cables for

this unit which correspond to the types indi-

cated by the manufacturer.  Refer to the parts’

list for the part number and type.

•

Switching-on procedures may produce brief

voltage drops. In the case of insufficient power

source conditions, interference to other de-

vices may arise.  No interruptions are to be ex-

pected in the case of power supply resistance

of less than 0,15 Ohm.

•

Never touch the mains plug with wet hands.

•

Do not run over, crush or pull the power sup-

ply cable or extension cord, otherwise it may

be damaged.

•

Protect the cable from heat, oil and sharp edg-

es.

•

Check the condition of the main filter: it must

not have holes or tears: in this case, replace it.

•

Check the integrity and readability of the tech-

nical data plate: if not, make an immediate re-

quest to the manufacturer

•

Regularly examine the power supply line for

damage such as cracking or ageing.  If damage

is discovered, the line must be replaced by an

authorized service centre before any further

use.

•

Check that the vacuum cleaner hasn’t been

damaged in any way

•

Never turn on the machine if it is faulty or if you

suspect it is faulty

•

Check that the switch isn’t worn or damaged

•

Do not approach the suction intake of the ma-

chine with unfastened or broken garments that

could easily be sucked into the machine

•

Check that the filter is present and efficient

•

Make sure that the filters are installed correctly

and in full working order, always observing the

regulations in force in the workplace

•

Do not carry out repairs without the manufac-

turer’s authorization

•

Never use gasoline, solvents or other ammable

liquids for cleaning; only proper detergents

should be used for cleaning
