USING THE MACHINE
Place a cup in the support on the grid in the cup compartment (fig. 10). Place the beverage
pod in front of the entrance compartment and gently press the lever (fig. 11).
The introduction of the pod will automatically trigger the issue of the beverage.
The STOP button, which was previously off, lights up.
Never release the pod introduction lever during the issue of the beverage.
When the required quantity of beverage has been issued, press the STOP button.
ARRANGEMENT OF DECALCIFIER FILTER
Using a water filter (optional accessory) improves the quality of the water and lengthens
the life of the machine.
Use the AquaAroma Crema BRITA
®
filter for Lavazza. To insert the filter follow the
instruction sheet enclosed with the accessory.
The BRITA
®
filter can be installed on the machine only if it has the special optional adap-
tor (RETROFIT KIT).
For correct installation follow the instructions supplied with the adaptor.
WARNING
It is best to recharge the batteries when the machine is switched off to prevent
damage from abnormal overvoltages induced by the battery charger.
NEVER exceed a maximum direct current of 30V,
even when recharging the batteries.
The machines cup compartment is lit. When the machine is switched on the light is off. It
comes on after a few minutes, indicating that the correct working temperature has been
reached. The machine is designed to run with a nominal current of 24V dc. With the
progressive reduction of the power supply, the machine’s performance may vary slightly.
If power drops below 22V dc, the red “Power on” light will begin to flash, all the other
leds, the red line and the light in the cup compartment, will go out and the machine will be
prevented from issuing coffee. When the power level rises above approximately 23V dc,
the machine’s lights will come back on automatically and the machine will be ready for
use once more.
