Problem Solving

LCD display shows “out of order” -

Press any button on the front of the machine, after a short

delay, the lcd will list the machine error. If the error is not reflected on the list below, visit our
support website

www.bluepod.com.au/support

or call 1800 800 255.

“Waste container full”

This is the most common issue and is

NOT

a malfunction.

Open the machine, insert the yellow key.  When the display reads ‘Ready for use’, remove the
drip tray and waste container.  Empty and clean.

WAIT

for LCD display to show ‘Insert tray’.

When this message displays, insert empty rear container and front drip tray.  Remove yellow key,
close and lock the door.  The machine is now reset.

Machine display reads "Water failure"

- Ensure water supply to machine is on both locally

and to the building.  If the machine is supplied from a water tank, ensure the pump is switched
on and the water tank is full of fresh clean drinking water.

Chocolate tastes weak

- Chocolate powder canister empty.  Replenish as necessary.

No Milk in drink

- Milk powder canister empty. Replenish as necessary.  Possible blockage in

mixing bowl.  Check/clean as per the weekly instructions listed above.

Water leaking from the machine

– Ensure both the drip tray and waste containers are fitted

correctly and are not cracked. Ensure the rear water fill hose is fully tightened by hand only. If
water still continues to leak then close the water supply to the machine and call Bluepod service.

Bad smell emanating from the machine

- Open machine and clean mixing bowl and drip

tray/waste containers.
