7 Troubleshooting
Only a qualified electrician may carry out any electrical repairs. All local regulations
must be followed. Contact the manufacturer in case of any doubts.
Error Cause Solution
The light is not working The lamp is broken Contact your dealer or the
manufacturer
The appliance does not
work Power supply loose or
disconnected Connect power supply to
wall socket
Fuse is broken Reset/Replace fuse
Wall socket broken Try using the appliance in
another wall socket
The appliance does not
heat Door not closed well Close the door correctly.
The appliance interferes
with the TV/ The TV
reception is disturbed Electrical appliances may
cause interference when
operating This is normal. Try to
increase the distance
between the appliances.
The light of the appliance
is dimmed The appliance is
operating at a low power
level This is normal.
Steam accumulates
inside or around the
outside of the door. The appliance is operated
under high humidity
condition This is normal. Wipe the
door with a soft cloth.
Smoke and odour is
produced. The appliance produces
fumes and odour
generated by burning the
lubricating oil. When the appliance
is first used, it may
produce some smoke
and odour. This is normal.
This phenomenon will
disappear after a period
of using.
