Operation
Principles
Paint booth is composed of paint spraying/baking rooms, hot wind generators, and electric controller.
Paint Spraying
During spraying paint, the two main blowers draw inward the fresh air from the air intake (Figure 1), eliminating the big
grains of dust when the fresh air passes through the first filters (Figure 2), and then the fresh air is sent to the gas
chambers at the top of baking rooms. The fresh air after being filtered clean by the filter cotton flows down from the top,
and it will be discharged out of the baking room from the grates (Figure 3) to the ground platform (Drawing 4). During
the process, the baking room will maintain positive pressure all along to keep the dust from coming in.

Paint Baking
During baking, use the automatically controlled burner to ignite and increase temperature, and the two main blowers
draw inward

air which is later heated up when passing through the heat exchangers. At this time, the is opened.
A part of hot air flow enters into the baking room, and the remaining hot air flow will pass through the recycling damper
and blend with the
“
cold
”
air coming from the air intake (Figure 1) and these compound air reenters into the heat
exchangers to be heated up. These procedures above are repeated and the air will be heated continuously. When the
temperature reaches a set value for baking, the baking room will automatically keep so high.
