Malfunction
Possible Cause
Solution
After 15 seconds when the burner is
activated, the malfunction indicator
lamp in the burner illuminates.
1.Gasoline tank is empty.
2. Air leaks from the joint of oil pipe
3.The Filter in the oil-in pipe is too dirty.
4.The electric eye is too dirty.
1.Fill gasoline tank .
2.Reconnect the oil pipe.
3.Clean filter.
4.Demount the electric control
box and wipe out the electric
eyes.
The burner emits black smoke after
being ignited.
Air door is too small.
Adjust the air door until there is
no black smoke.
Motor in burner doesn
’
t run.
1.Time set on the time izndicator is up.
2.Temperature set on the temperature
indicator is up.
3.Oil pump gets stuck
1.Reset the time.
2.Rset the temperature.
3.Check oil pump to see if
something or oil residue
blocks up the oil pump.
The air flow is low when spraying
paint
1.The first filter cotton is choked up.
2.Air valve is open.
1.Clean the first filter cotton.
2.Check air valve to see if it is
active.
Temperature increases too slowly
when baking paint
Air valve is closed .
Check air valve to see if it is
active.
Main blower couldn

t be activated.
1.Fuse is molten.
2.Electric machinery is broken.
1.Replace the fuse.
2.Replace the electric
machinery.
