ATTENTION!
Use only high-quality lubricants! The hubs must be with covers!

9.2.

Technical maintenance

The  durability  of  tractor  semi-trailers  depends  on  the  conditions  and  intensity  of  use,  timely

maintenance and servicing. Any negligence may have adverse consequences. Timely removed failures require
minimal cost but produce maximum effect.

The  failures  of  the  semi-trailer  can  be  identified  and  quickly  removed  only  if  constant  cleaning  and

monitoring of the technical condition is ensured. If the semi-trailer is clean, it is easier to detect shortcomings.

Attention shall be paid to the lubrication of assemblies.
It is preferable to store it under a roof thus avoiding atmospheric effects.
Daily maintenance:

checking of thread connections and their protection against undesirable loosening;

checking of the condition of pivot connections (for wear and for the reliably of the pinning of
the axles).

checking of the tightness of the hydraulic system and elimination of inconsistencies;

checking of the tightness of the pneumatic system and elimination of damage;

checking of the operation of mechanisms;

compliance of lubrication with the requirements of the manual;

checking of the tyre pressure in accordance with the requirements of the manual;

checking of the closing of the tailgate and discharge port;

checking of the operation of the brake and light signalling systems.

9.3.

Instruction for repairs

When performing minor repairs, pay attention to the cleanliness of works and correct installation and

adjustment of parts.

Dismantled parts shall be stored and protected against contamination. Pay attention to the preservation

of bearings.
