Winter storage
Before storing, it is recommended that the motorcycle is
thoroughly cleaned and that full servicing is performed. The
motorcycle should be stored in a dry location and the battery
should be connected to a Lauge Jensen charger in order to
maintain its charge.
Preparing the motorcycle
To prepare the motorcycle at the start of the season, the
spark plugs should be replaced, and the motorcycle started.
Check both brakes, throttle, clutch lever and the gear pedal.
Scheduled maintenance (Servicing)
It is recommended that Lauge Jensen carries out scheduled
service of the motorcycle.
Lauge Jensen recommends that your motorcycle is serviced
once a year or every 8,000 km, whichever comes fi rst. The fi rst
servicing inspection is, however, recommended after 800 km!
This inspection is a prerequisite for the motorcycle’s warranty,
while also increasing the motorcycle’s operational safety and
reliability.

Caution
** Before preparations, you should make sure that
the motorcycle is on a level surface and resting fi rmly on its
kickstand.

Recommendation
** It is recommended that planned ser-
vice on the motorcycle is carried out by an authorized Lauge
Jensen service shop.
