The Target Position is on the left side
of the screen. See
. It
displays:
o
The current position of the lens as
both a slider and a numerical
value box.
o
The focus position of the beam
relative to the tip.
To change the position, do one of
the following:
Move the slider to the desired
position, then click the Go
button.
Click inside the value box and
type the desired position in
millimeters, then press Enter
or click Go.
If the Go button is highlighted, the
position shown is not the current
target position.
To revert, press the Esc key while
typing in the value box or trigger a
move using the controller.
If the head is configured with a height
sensing tip, the current stand off
voltage will be displayed at the bottom
of the screen.
The Temperatures group includes

A thermometer for the upper
assembly (collimator area).
o
A thermometer for the lower
assembly (cover glass area).
o
A meter displaying the difference
in temperatures between the
upper and lower assemblies.
o
A thermometer for the electronics.
A fault occurs whenever a
thermometer reading is outside the
allowed range, the lens fails to reach
the target position, or the height
sensor loses calibration. See
o
The system status message will
display FAULT and the affected
modules will be highlighted.
