If the product is not in good working order as warranted above, your sole remedy shall be repair or
replacement as provided above. In no event will LTI be liable to you for any damages, including any lost
profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to
use such product. Furthermore, LTI shall not be held responsible if any LTI authorized dealer has been
advised of the possibility to such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
Note:
The Warranty Validation Card (at the front of this manual) must be completed and
activated in order to benefit from this warranty.
No exceptions.
In the unlikely event that your new LTI laser should require warranty or repair service,
call us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your product.
