To assign the range of input/output addresses of the PLC with the display, drag
"Module" to the address fields of slot 1 of the module and set the input and output start
address to define the range of working addresses.
In the numerical displays, a range of 20 output directions will be reserved in the PLC.
For input addresses, 2 bytes are reserved, to return control information in future product
updates (currently no data is returned).
4. Compile and upload the Project to the PLC
With all items added and configured, compile the project, using the button "
Compile
"
(1). Once verified that there are no compilation errors, the configuration will be loaded into
the PLC, using the button "
Charging on device
” (2).
In the "
Advanced loading
" window, select the computer's network card in the "
PG/PC
interface
" field (3) and set the Profinet network identifier (PN/IE_1en this example, see Fig.
Press "Start search" (5), to detect the PLC and using the "Load" button (6) the PLC
programming will start.
