For heavy weight lamps, use a ladder and extra help for attaching light head to pole.

Double check that all hand screws are tight before continuing use of the light tower.

EXTENDING

LOWERING

The quadpod mount light tower can be disassembled for storage or transporting. Unplug light from
power source and remove light head following previous steps for attaching.

Once the light head has been removed, loosen hand screw for legs and fold them up. Wheel to
desired location or remove from wheel base for complete disassembly.

THE LENS AND CORD MUST BE ROUTINELY CHECKED FOR CUTS, BREAKS, SCRATCHES OR ANY
SEVERE ABRASIONS, AND IF ANY ARE FOUND, THE PARTS MUST BE REPLACED BEFORE
RESUMING USE OF THE LIGHT TOWER.

LAMP ADJUSTMENT

1.

Adjust lamp vertically by loosening bolts on either side.

2.

Swing lamp into final position and tighten any loose bolts.

ADJUTMENT BOLTS

To extend the light higher, simply turn the hand crank winch until the light reaches the desired height. There is a stop bolt

installed to keep the light from extending past it's maximum height. Always consider the conditions in which you are

raising the light, such as wind and precipitation. Light should not be operated in high winds or rain, as damage or injury

could occur.

WARNING:

Do not operate light in high winds as it could topple and cause damage or injury.

To lower the light, simply turn the hand crank winch in the opposite direction. Keep an eye on the cable as you lower and

be sure it maintains tension. If the mast stops lowering and cable has slack, you will need to raise the mast again to

remove slack before lowering. Stop once the mast reaches lowest point, leaving no slack in the cable.
