Standard pigtail(flying leads) wiring
We strongly encourage a licensed electrician install this product
, in all locations especially in outdoor areas
where weatherproofing may be required. Universal voltage driver permits operation at 100V - 277V AC, 50 or 60Hz
except those factory ordered with low voltage 11V to 25V AC/DC.
Warning:
Check product label for correct input voltage!
Attach supply line wires to the appropriate light fixture wires as shown
in the diagram
Secure each pair of wires according to the diagram. Utilize a junction box or
similar device and take precautionary steps for weatherproofing all
connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact with the
unit. Ensure the unit is properly grounded and that wiring is done according to
all local and national electrical/building codes.
Standard Cord Cap
This unit comes pre-wired from factory with the selected cord cap. Take
precautionary steps for weatherproofing all connections if installed in a
location where water may come in contact with the unit. All outdoor
installations and indoor installations near a wet location require the use of a
GFCI device for safety, according to the National Electrical Code® (NEC).
Ensure the unit is properly grounded.
POWER
These lights operates on 120 to 277V A and providing versatile power connection options. Each lamp draws just 0.5 amps
at 120 VAC.
MOUNTING
The TPM-2XWP60E-25C features a telescoping pole that is adjustable from 3 to 8.5 feet. The telescoping pole features a
mounting plate that has four predrilled holes for easy mounting to flat surfaces. This pole features a pneumatic braking
system that prevents unexpected or sudden collapse of the pole. If the pole is loaded with a pair of heavy fixtures for
instance and the operator inadvertently releases the locking tabs, the pole will simple ease down gently rather than
suddenly collapse.
1.
Utilize the predrilled holes and mount the flat bracket in a location that can
support the load.
2.
Place telescoping pole in the base mount and tighten base mount hand
screw until tight.
3.
Position light head over top pole on tripod and tighten black adjustment knob
until tight.
4.
Loosen black adjustment knob for each sleeve to extend tripod. Extend top
pole, then bottom pole when elevating.
5.
Tighten adjustment knob(s) once the desired height is achieved.
6.
Attach power cord to compatible outlet with voltage listed on nameplate.
Voltage:
120-277V AC 50/60Hz
.
USING THE TRIPOD
NOTE:
Route cable in a safe manner to prevent trip hazards or accidental snags.
LED OPERATION
The light head features a single 50 watt LED work light. This light is
“instant on” and
will illuminate once power is supplied. Do not look directly into lights when powering.
Lamp can be adjusted with the adjustment screws on the sides. Tighten screws once
desired angle is achieved.
