Use of the accessories (See page 2 for illustration)
- Accessories a) 3.5l rotating basket:
ideal for evenly frying French fries, small pieces of vegetables, etc.
To do this, fill in the food through the small flap, close it and hang the rotating basket in the holder in
the device using the rotating spit fork (accessory f). First the left end into the hole in the left side of the
device and then the right end into the holder on the right side of the device. When using the rotating
basket, activate or deactivate the rotation with button 21 on the control panel.
- Accessories b) rotisserie with clamps:
Ideal for roasts and whole chickens up to a weight of 1.5kg. To
do this, remove the clamps from the skewer. Place the roast or chicken in the center of the skewer and
slide the clamps on both sides as far as they will go and tighten. Hang the rotisserie in the holder in the
device using the rotating spit fork (accessory f). First the left end into the hole in the left side of the
device and then the right end into the holder on the right side of the device. When using the rotisserie,
activate or deactivate the rotation with button 21 on the control panel.
Note: Make sure the roast or chicken is not too big to spin freely in the oven.
- Accessories c) non-sticking coating drip tray:
Excess oil from the ingredients is collected on the bottom
of the drip tray. Always use the device with the non-sticking coating drip tray in place for easy clean up,
it will also protect the bottom of the oven from heat and oil damage.
- Accessories d) air flow racks:
Can be used not only for dehydration but also to cook crispy snacks or
reheat items like pizza. If you need to bake other meats, it is recommended to brush a little oil on the
rack.
- Accessories e) rotisserie fork:
To remove the rotating grill basket or rotisserie shaft from the device.
