To reduce the risk of personal injury, electric shock, or damage to the unit, please remove all
power connections to completely shut down the device. Also, please wear ESD protection
gloves when conducting the steps in this chapter.
Installing the Disk Drive
This system is built with two 2.5” HDD/SSD drive bays. The following will discuss disk drive
installation procedures based on their designs.
1.
Unscrew the two thumbscrews that fix the tray on the system.
2. Install the disk onto the tray and secure it with four provided disk screws. Make sure the
SATA connector faces outwards as shown in the picture.
3. Insert the tray into the bay and fasten the two thumbscrews that fix the tray on the system.
