3-6 TIRE SAFETY

Failure to follow proper procedures when
mounting a tire on a wheel or rim can
produce an explosion which may result in
serious injury or death.
·
Do not attempt to mount tires unless you
have the proper equipment and experience
to do the job.
·
Follow recommended tire pressures in Table
3-6 on page 3-20.
·
Always order and install tires and wheels
with appropriate capacity to meet or exceed
the weight of the transport cart and
harrows.
