Using rotisserie
Caution:
• Never use the rotisserie burner in combinati-

causes will damage the barbecue.
• Before you use the rotisserie burner, always
remove the warming rack (1) to avoid the heat

• If you intend to grill larger quantities of food
on the rotisserie, it may be necessary to remo-
ve the grills (3) and the hot plate (2).
• Do not overload the rotisserie with too much
meat (max. 3 kg). This can cause damage to
the rotisserie, the rotisserie mount and the
electric motor.
• Before you insert or remove the rotisserie,
extinguish the flames on all burners (turn all
flame regulators to "Off") and turn off the
rotisserie motor. Otherwise you may burn or
injure yourself on the rotating, sharp-edged
skewer.

standard burners (B) and the flame regulator for
the infrared burner (C) are in "Off" position.
