QUADQUE GRILL, SMOKER & FIREPLACE
STEP 4: INSTALL THE ASH DRAWER
Install the ash drawer by placing it into the ash
drawer tracks.
STEP 5: INSTALL THE FIRE CHAMBER
DOORS
Install the (2) fire chamber doors onto the
hinges. Make sure there is a brass washer
between the top and bottom hinge parts as
shown in DETAIL A.
STEP 6: INSTALL THE COOKING
CHAMBER DOORS
Install the (2) cooking chamber doors onto
the hinges. Make sure there is a brass
washer between the top and bottom hinge
parts as shown in DETAIL A.
STEP 7: INSTALL HANDLES
Install the stainless steel handles on the cooking
chamber doors using (2) bolts per handle. Repeat
this process for each fire chamber door and the ash
drawer. Tighten the bolts securely!
STEP 8: INSTALL GRATES
Install the (6) cooking grates and charcoal grate
as shown in STEP 8. Make sure the grates are
installed behind the grate stoppers.

Use of the water pan
will provide extra
moisture to the food
when grilling and
smoking. Place the
water pan support
brace on the
supports behind the
stoppers as shown.
Place the water pan
inside the support
brace. When the
QuadQue is used as
a fireplace, remove
the water pan and
water pan support
brace.

The spark screen panel must
be used when the QuadQue
is used as a fireplace. Install
the spark screen panel so
the prongs on the back of
the spark screen hang on the
built-in hanger as shown in
DETAIL B. Place the bottom
of the spark screen panel
behind the ash drawer.
