TROUBLESHOOTING
Breakdown Verification Solutions
The batteries have been installed, but
the LCD screen is not working.
Check for possible foreign bodies in
the battery compartment.
Check and clean
Check that the batteries have been
charged
Replace the batteries or position them
correctly
Check that the batteries and battery
springs are properly in contact
Use a suitable tool to move the spring
outwards slightly.
The batteries have been installed, the
LCD screen is working, but it is not
flashing.
It is not a failure. Take the batteries out and put them
back in.
The LCD screen is working normally,
but the user cannot feel anything.
Make sure that the plug is correctly
inserted into the socket.
Insert the plug correctly
Make sure that the electrode cable
is correctly plugged in; the electrode
with the electrode foil.
Connect the electrode cable to the
electrode element correctly.
Low stimulation or the user feels
prickling
Check that the electrode is in contact
with the skin
Position the adhesive disk of the
electrode firmly on the skin.
Check that the surface of the adhesive
disk is not dirty
Clean or replace the adhesive disk
Check that no grease is present on
your skin
Clean your skin.
The appliance stops its cycle before
the end.
Make sure that the batteries have
been charged
Change the batteries
The skin treated becomes red, itches
or prickles.
Check that you are not allergic to the
adhesive disk.
Check your allergy record for your
skin. If your allergic reaction is minor,
simply change the position of the
adhesive disk or shorten the duration
of the treatment. If your allergic
reaction is severe, cease all use of
the appliance or use anti-allergy
medication.
Even at maximum intensity, the
stimulation is too weak or the user
lacks any sensation
Is your skin dirty? Re-use the appliance after cleaning
your skin with a wet flannel
Is the electrode correctly positioned? Modify the position of the electrode
Are the batteries dead? Change the batteries
