PARTICULAR THESE FEW BASIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Only use this appliance for the purposes described in this manual.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities
are impaired, or by persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they have had the benefit of prior supervision and
instruction in using the device from a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
• Please do not use accessories which are not recommended by LANAFORM® or which are not supplied with this
appliance.
• Do not use this appliance if it is not working correctly, if it has been dropped on the floor, if it is damaged or if it has
been dropped into water. If this is the case, have the appliance inspected and repaired by the supplier or its after-sales
department.
• Do not dismantle, repair or modify the appliance without authorisation. You could damage the appliance or cause a
domestic accident.
• Do not carry this appliance by its flex or suction pads.
• Do not use this appliance as a replacement for medical care, it is intended exclusively for family use.
• Do not allow children or other individuals unable to express themselves to use the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance when driving. This could cause an accident or other problems due to the produced stimulation.
• Do not use the appliance when you are taking a shower or when you are in a place where air humidity is very high, such
as a bathroom.
• Do not bring any metal object into contact with the electrode during the session. You may suffer strong stimulation in
this case.
• Only plug the electrode into a mains socket. An electrical shock or accident could be caused in all other cases.
• Do not use this device after applying lotion, cream or spray (medical or cosmetic).
• Avoid using the appliance when you are about to go to sleep. This could lead to the unit not working properly. The
electrode could also move to an unsuitable place and cause discomfort.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
• Imperatively consult a doctor before using the appliance in the following cases.
- If you suffer from a chronic illness;
- Anybody suffering from a malignant tumour;
- If you suffer from an infectious illness;
- Pregnant women;
- If you suffer from a heart condition;
