IGNITION
Have a qualified technician carry out the following operations once a year:
●
check the valves’ internal seals;
●
clean the filter;
●
clean the fan and the combustion head;
●
check the position of the ignition electrode tips and the position of the control electrode;
●
check the setting of gas and air pressure switches;
●
check combustion, taking readings of CO
2
and CO emissions and of FLUE GAS TEMPERATURE;
●
check all seals.
MAINTENANCE
PROLONGED DISUSE
Should the burner not be used for a lengthy period of time, close the gas cock and disconnect the mains
supply at the main switch.
Open the gas cock, and set the desired temperature on the boiler thermostat.
The control box will go into self-testing mode, after which the burner will ignite automatically. Should it not
ignite and the “blocking” button light up, then press the latter so that the self-testing procedure is repeated.
