•  Press and hold down the ‘Self Clean’ button.
•  Shake the iron backwards and forwards and rock 

from side to side. Steam and hot water will sprinkle 

through the holes in the soleplate.

•  When all the water has drained through, release the 

‘Self Clean’ button.

•  Stand the iron on its base. 
•  When the soleplate has cooled down, dry with a 

cloth.
