TZATZIKI DIP
- Makes 1 small bowl
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Juice of lemon
½
Salt and pepper
to taste
Dill chopped
2 tbsp
Garlic clove
peeled and chopped
Greek style yoghurt
500g
Cucumber
1, seeds removed and finely diced
WHAT YOU DO
In a medium bowl add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, and garlic to the yoghurt.
Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are incorporated. Add the cucumber and mix again.
The dip will be chunky and thick.

Frozen berries
75g
Frozen mango chunks (or fresh)
100g
Fresh squeezed orange juice
125-225 ml
Greek style yoghurt
150g
WHAT YOU DO
Place frozen fruit into a blender, cover with the fresh squeezed orange juice. Add yoghurt. Blend until
smooth. Serve immediately.
Ingredient Quantity
TIP:
For a thinner consistency add the full amount of orange juice, if you prefer a thicker
smoothie, add less.
