SAFETY FEATURES
• Once the On/Off button has been pressed and the hob is ‘on’ with all the lights
flashing; it will automatically switch off if one of the temperature buttons is not
selected within one minute. The lights will go off and the appliance will go into
standby mode.
• Once the On/Off button has been pressed and the hob is ‘on’ with all the lights
flashing it will automatically switch off if it cannot detect a pan on the hob within one
minute. The lights will go off and the appliance will go into standby mode.
• The hob will automatically switch off if no buttons are pressed after two hours, to
prevent your food from boiling dry. If there is a fault and the hob overheats it will also
automatically switch off.
HINTS AND TIPS
• After cooking with your induction hob a few times, you will see how quick and efficient
it is, and be able to adapt your cooking times accordingly.
• The hob will seem very fast, do not leave the hob unattended and watch your food
to monitor it, so you can alter the temperature if needed. Start with a lower cooking
temperature than you usually would.
• The hob may not look hot, but it can be very warm, so allow it to cool completely after
using it and
DO NOT
touch the hotplate straight after use.
