Automatic mode
By selecting the automatic mode, the electronic board
will automatically identify the most suitable power
supply in the following priority order: 230 V, 12 V, gas.
In passing from 12 V to gas, the automatic system
requires a waiting period of 15 minutes. This is to
prevent the fridge from passing too quickly to the gas
supply, when this is not necessary (for example, when a
short stop is needed at a fuel station).
Manual selection of the type of power supply
Gas supply is strictly forbidden during stops at filling
stations and when driving the vehicle. For safety
reasons, the gas supply can only be selected after 15
minutes have elapsed from the time the engine is
turned off. Concerning 12 V or 230 V power supply, if
these are selected respectively when the engine is off or
without connection to the external power grid, the
refrigerator does not operate. For these reasons we
recommend the automatic mode, which enables proper
and safe operation of the equipment.
