2. Place the filter pad and biological filter media in the filter

pillway (a

illu

trated in
Fig. 1), with the filter pad placed at the bottom of the unit and the bag of biological filter
media placed on top of the filter pad.

the pond. The unit can be in

talled in or above
the ground.

IMPORTANT:
The pond liner

hould be attached to the front end of the unit,
underneath the

pillway (a
s
illu
s
trated in Fig. 3 & 4). We recommend u

ing
double-
s
ided
s
eaming tape for pond liner
s
(a
s
illu
s
trated in Fig. 2) to en
s
ure a
la
s
ting adhe
s
ion. Place flag
s
tone or boulder
s
to camouflage the liner and
s
tabilize the
filter
s
pillway.
5. Attach the ho
s
ing to the output of the pump and connect it to the bulkhead located at
the intake of the filter
s
pillway (a
s
illu
s
trated in Fig. 1).
