Step 10: Check if the limit switch works normally-
After opening the software, first step is to cancel the return to the origin, find the limit switch at
the end of the rail, use a metal to close the switch, check whether the limit switch light is red and
whether the software interface has a limit alarm for the corresponding position.
10a.) Open Cypcut Software and confirm that the X, Y, Z, 3-Axis limit sensor works normally. Make
sure it is normal, then
“Click on the CNC page” , then “ Click the X-Axis and Y-axis back to the
o rigin” .
10b.) “Press the handle direction key” to slowly move the cutting head, let the machine move in
all directions of front, rear, left and right until the end of the machine.
10c.) Firstly, press and hold the remote-control quick button, do not release, then “Press the
Arrow Keys” to control the machine quickly move multiple times to check if it is working normally.
10d.) Use a Metal Tool to close Switch.
10e.) Open Cypcut Software.
