Incorrect assembly of the barbecue can be a source of danger. Follow the assembly instructions exactly.
Do not use this barbecue unless all of its components are in place. The barbecue must be correctly
assembled according to the assembly instructions.
Do not allow children to use your gas barbecue. Accessible parts of the barbecue can become very hot.
Keep small children, the elderly and pets away from the barbecue while it is in use.
Use caution when using your gas barbecue. It may be hot during cooking and cleaning, and should not be
left unattended or moved during use.
Do not use charcoal, briquettes, or lava rocks in your gas barbecue.
Never lean over an open barbecue while it is lighting or cooking.
Never place your hands or fingers on the front edge of the cooking pot when the barbecue is hot or the lid is
lifted.
The entire cooking chamber heats up during use. Avoid all contact.
Never attempt, for any reason, to disconnect the gas regulator or gas connection while using the barbecue.
Wear heat-resistant barbecue or oven gloves when using the barbecue.
Follow the regulator connection instructions for your type of barbecue.
If the burners go out while the barbecue is in operation, close all gas valves. Lift the lid and wait five minutes
before attempting to light the barbecue again according to the lighting instructions.
No flammable product must be present within approximately 1m of the barbecue (all side of the barbecue).
Do not mount this type of barbecue in an integrated or interlocking structure. Failure to follow this
WARNING could result in a fire or explosion that could cause property damage and serious personal injury or
death.
Never keep an additional (spare) gas cylinder or an unplugged gas cylinder under or near this barbecue.
Before using your gas barbecue after a period of storage or non-use, check it carefully for any gas leaks and /
or burner obstructions. Refer to the instructions in this user guide for the correct verification procedures.
Do not operate your gas barbecue if there is a leak in the gas connections.
Do not search for gas leaks with a flame.
Do not place a barbecue cover or other flammable object on the barbecue, or in the storage area under the
barbecue, when the barbecue is in use or hot.
Do not enlarge the orifices of the valves or the burners when cleaning the valves or the burners.
The gas barbecue should be thoroughly cleaned periodically.
Using a damaged or rusted gas cylinder can be dangerous. If the cylinder is damaged or has rust, have it
checked by your gas supplier. Do not use a gas cylinder with a damaged valve.
Even if your gas cylinder appears to be empty, there may be some gas left in it. Transport and store it
accordingly.
In the event of a frying fire, shut off the gas supply to all burners and leave the cover down until the flames
are out.
In the event of a sudden outbreak, keep food away from flames until they lose intensity.
