5.9.1 Touch buttons to time icon. Time setting will be changed by

1 This system is equipped with malfunction self-diagnose functions.
2 Malfunction:
2.1. E1: Malfunction of temperature sensor: when the sensor breaks out or
short-circuit happens, liquid crystal shows “E1” and sound “Du, Du...”.
The buttons of the controller do not work. By the time, cut off the primary
power and clear the malfunction.
2.2. E2: Malfunction of Water level checking: 1) During the steam generator
is working, the water level checking doesn’t work. If the water level is lower than
the checking one, no water is coming in, the bobber is sticking or the probe is
furring, liquid crystal shows “E2” and sound “Du, Du...”. Stop the steaming,
when the water level is normal liquid crystal doesn’t show “E2”.
2) When the cleaning function is on, the water level cannot achieve the checking
value whine 60 seconds, liquid crystal shows “E2” and sound “Du, Du...” and
the cleaning function stops.
2.3. E3: Malfunction of Overtime water level checking: When the water level
checking malfunction “E2” alarms for over 2 minutes, the power is still on and
the malfunction is not cleared, the liquid crystal shows “E3” and sound “Du,
Du...” then, cut the primary power and clear the malfunction.
2.4. E5: Dry heating: When the water level checking doesn’t work, the steaming
continues heating without water those results in a higher temperature. By then, if

the temperature => 108 C, the liquid crystal shows “E5” and sound “Du,
Du...” then, cut the primary power and clear the malfunction.
2.5. E6: Malfunction of over draining: when the cleaning function is on, if the
cleaning liquid cannot be drained within 60 seconds, LCD shows “E6” and
sound “Du, Du...”, the cleaning function stops.
