6.- Close the door, it must remain in place until the end of the process.
7.- Press the switch and select the temperature according to the table.
8.- When you think the products have reached the dryness level desired, switch it off and wait
until it cools.
9.- Open the door and remove them for storage in cans or jars.
10.- Use the bottom tray for thicker pieces, meats and fish and the higher trays for thin or
delicate foods.
11.- Remove some trays in order to accommodate larger food items.
DURATION
The dehydration time for foods will depend on several factors such as thickness, outdoor
humidity and temperature, type of vegetables, meat and fish.
