SEALING PROCESS
1.- Connect the power cable to a 220-240V/50Hz power outlet. Press the ON/OFF switch located
on the rear of the machine and the displays indicating the vacuum and sealing time will light
up.
2.- Place the food inside the bag. Remember NEVER to fill it more than ¾ full.
3.- Open the LID (4) and place the bag over the sealing bar and between the bag support (6) as
shown in Figure 1 below.
NOTE: It is important that the surface of the bag remains smooth, wrinkle-free and
moisture-free.
4.- Close the lid and set the vacuum and sealing times taking into account the indications shown
above.
5.- Press the “Vacuum &Seal/Cancel” button and the process will begin automatically.
6.- When the vacuum time indicator (C) reaches “0”, the sealing process will begin automatically.
When the sealing time indicator (F) reaches “0”, the process will be complete. The “
sealing” and “sealing only” LEDs will flash for a few seconds.
NOTE: If you wish to cancel or finish the process early, press the “Vacuum &Seal/Cancel”
button.
NOTE: If you wish to seal the bag before the vacuum process has finished, press the “Manual
Seal” button.
7.- Open the lid and remove the bag.
NOTE: The pressure gauge (L) will show the internal pressure at all times. Be aware of that
information and use it to achieve a perfect vacuum with different types of foods.
MANUAL SEALING PROCESS
This can be used to seal bags without putting pressure into them or to create bags from rolls.
In the case of creating bags, the machine has a compartment on the front for storing vacuum rolls.
You'll find a rail and a cutting tool in the cover itself.
