OPERATION
Each of these functions can be used individually or together. To do that, the switch has 4 different
positions:
Roasting function
1.- Unscrew the butterfly
thumbscrews
(14).
2.- Place the food to be cooked on the bar of the roaster. (13).
3.- Place the
butterfly skewer
(12) at the two ends, making sure they correctly fix the food to be
cooked.
4.- Correctly insert the bar of the roaster, taking into account that the square pointed end should
coincide with the outlet of the motor.
5.- Set the heat selector (3) to the grill position.
6.- Adjust the temperature regulator (4) to the desired temperature.
7.- Turn the timer (2) to select the desired time.
