OPERATION
1.- The machine should be installed on a work surface that has sufficient stability and strength
to support the weight of the machine and product being cooked.
2.- Before machine first use and before plug, clean carefully all parts that might be in contact
with food.
3.- Make sure that the line voltage of your power source matches the rated voltage and
frequency on the machine.
4.- Turn the switch on and let the machine race about 2-3 minutes before use.
Look to see that the machine is running properly before use.
5.- After switching on, place the timer at zero
6.- Take out the rack and place the food on it. Use the folding handle supplied to put it into the
grill.
7.- Select the heating time from between 0 and 15 minutes. Press the start switch, which will light
up.
8.- Once the selected time is up, the timer will give out an acoustic signal and the heating will be
turned off.
9.- Use the folding handle to be able to take out the rack.
WARNING:
The rack is very hot. Use the folding handle, gloves and all your concentration
to prevent burns or other accidents.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wait until the inside is no longer
hot.
2.- Take out the racks and the drip tray, empty it, clean them with soapy water and make sure
you dry them properly with a dry cloth.
3.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
4.- Eliminate all grease and food remains that could have become stuck to the interior and exte-
rior walls of the oven using a cloth.
5.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean
the machine completely every day.

Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This machine is not waterproof.
