3.1.2. Component & Analog Stereo Audio
(High Definition) Connection
IMPORTANT INFO:
Before connecting the cables, power off
your TV.
1. Connect one end of the component (red, green, and blue)
video cable to the component ports on your TV (
Fig. 06
). For
Audio output, connect the stereo audio cable (with red and
white ends) to the stereo audio port on your TV. The stereo
audio connectors you should use are usually located close to
the TV’s component ports.
2. Connect the other end of the component connectors to the
three corresponding ports (red, green, and blue for video and
white and red for audio) on the back of the LaCinema Black
RECORD.
3. If you choose to use this connection method you will have to
change the Component mode using the remote control. After
turning on the television (see section
3.3
for details), press
the
Options/Settings
button to navigate to the
Settings
Space
, and set the Component mode to YUV in the Video or
Photo section.
