Insert the round end of the USB Power Sharing Cable into the port on the rear of your drive.
Insert the USB end of the power sharing cable into an available USB port* on your computer.
Switch on your drive.
Important Note:
*In order for the USB Power Sharing Cable to draw a sufficient amount of power from your
computer, it must be plugged into a powered USB port.
