10 DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDS

All  service  performed  on  a  unit  must  be  documented  and
recorded  on  a  service  record.  The  record  must  include  unit
serial  number,  user-claimed  defect,  initial  inspection,  defect
found and all details regarding repairs.

One copy of the service record must be sent to LABORIE as per
FDA regulations.
