4. INSTALLATION
Note: There may be traces of coffee in the machine as a result of Manufacturer testing
conducted to guarantee the maximum quality of the product. Before starting up the machine
for the first time, the component parts must be cleaned carefully. For more details see the re-
levant paragraph
We recommend that the packaging be kept for subsequent moves or transport.
- Remove the appliance from the packaging.
- Make sure that the machine rests on a flat and stable surface.
- Remove the tank and clean the interior, then fill it with fresh water.
- Connect the plug to the socket only after verifying that the electrical system complies with safety regulations and that it is
earthed.
- Press the main switch on the front of the machine.
- Before the definitive start-up for consumption prepare a coffee and dispose of it and run a hot water cycle to clean the internal
circuits.
Electrical connection
Warning: Electric current can be dangerous! Therefore, always follow the safety rules
scrupulously. Never use defective wires.
The appliance’s operating voltage has been set at the factory. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the indications on
the technical data plate.
Before connecting the machine to the mains, make sure that both buttons are not pressed. Insert the plug into a suitable socket
