Solution

The espresso does not come out

▪ 

Check that the main switch is in position I

▪ 

Check the connection of the machine to the mains

▪

The water pump is very noisy

The  coffee  flows  out  from  the  edge  of  the 
portafilter

The coffee is too cold

Coffee comes out too fast/little cream

The coffee flows too slowly/dark cream

The steam does not come out

Hot water doesn’t come out

The machine does not turn on

Check the water level in the reservoir, blue light on

Check for correct engagement of the reservoir, blue light on
