2.3 Installing in NetWare 5/4 Networks in 

Remote Printer Mode

In this section, the installation of your KYOCERA-PrintServer in 
Novell NetWare 5/4 networks for the NDS printout in remote 
printer mode is described. 

Before beginning the actual installation, you should have basic 
knowledge of Novell networks. If this is not the case, please read 
"Basic Principles" section on page 2-2.

Installation Entries

The installation requires the following entries:

Please see "Print Server Name" section on page 1-3 and "Logical 
Printer" section on page 1-3.

Requirements

Before installation, make sure that:

The print server is connected and the printer is turned on.

The IPX protocol is installed on every computer intended for 
printing.

A Novell NetWare client is installed on the computer.
