WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Any damage that results from accidents or other natural disasters.
2. Any damage that results from improper operating methods, modifications or not using

genuine parts, and change of speedometer which shows false reading of mileage.

3. Any repairs and adjustments not performed by KYMCO specified service stations and

no records provided.

4. Any damage that results from any repair, cleaning, adjustment and replacement

performed by the motorcycle owner but not by the KYMCO specified service stations.

5. Any damage results from not using motor oil, engine oil and 92# or 95# nonleaded

gasoline specified by KYMCO.
