CAN connectors

Kvaser USBcan Pro 4xHS devices that use the 26-pin HD D-SUB connector (see
Figure 5 on Page 15) have the pinning described in Table 7 on Page 16. This table
also describes how the HD26-4xDS9 splitter (see Figure 7 on Page 17) connects
to four separate 9-pin D-SUB connectors, CAN 1 to CAN 4.
