Positioning the mechanism (Fig. a–b)
The screw position should be a minimum
of 12 cm from any wall to allow enough
space for the mechanism to be mounted
and tensioned.
Spacing and attaching the pegs:
non-woven curtain (Fig. c)
300 cm drop × 210 cm wide
Use 13 pegs spaced 16 cm apart.
When using the spacing guide provided, start
by fixing the centre peg in the middle of the
fabric and work outwards to the fabric edges.
Spacing and attaching the pegs:
wool curtain (Fig. d)
300 cm drop × 140 cm wide
Use 9 pegs spaced 16 cm apart.
When using the spacing guide provided, start
by fixing the centre peg in the middle of the
fabric and work outwards to the fabric edges.
Please note: due to the weaving process
there may be slight variations in the width
of the woollen curtains.
Installation
1. First, assemble the mechanism, loosely
threading the cord as shown.
2. Locate and mark out the desired position
for the wall mounted mechanism on both
sides of the window, using the template
shown in figure a-b. Attach the two
mechanisms to your walls by sliding them
onto the fixing plates as illustrated, and
remove the slack in the cord.
3. Make the cord taut by simultaneously
pulling the cord and turning the handle of
the mechanism in a clockwise direction.
Tension the cord by winding the mechanisms
on both sides.
4. Having spaced and attached the pegs to
the curtain fabric, hook the pegs over the
cord and if required, re-tension the cord.
5. Once you are happy with the tension, you
can cut and tidy away excess cord into the
hole. You should leave a 5 cm length for
tidying away.
6. Use the spacing guide provided to
measure and mark if you need to shorten
the fabric. Take the curtain down before
cutting away excess fabric from its length
with sharp scissors.
From time to time you may want to re-tension
the cord in order to keep it taut and your
Ready Made Curtain looking its best.

When to use the extension kit
Non-woven curtain, for windows wider than
210 cm. Woollen curtain, for windows wider
than 140 cm.
Installation
1. Locate and mark out the desired position
for the wall mounted centre support. Mount
the fixing plate. Attach the centre support to
your wall by sliding it onto the fixing plate.
2. Pull the cord through the hole in the centre
support and thread the hanging mechanisms
on both sides.
3. Follow step 3 to 6 in the installation
instructions for the complete kit above.

Die Schrauben sollten im Abstand von

Vorrichtung ungehindert anbringen und
spannen lässt.

Verwenden Sie 9 Klammern im Abstand von
je 16 cm.
Bei Verwendung der Abstandschablone:
Befestigen Sie zunächst eine Klammer in der
Mitte der Stoffbahn und dann alle weiteren
zu beiden Seiten bis zum Rand.
Hinweis: Aufgrund des Webprozesses kann
die Breite der Wollvorhänge leicht variieren.
Montage
1. Setzen Sie zunächst die Hängevorrichtung
zusammen und ziehen Sie die Schnur locker
hindurch (siehe Abbildung).
2. Ermitteln und markieren Sie die gewünschte
Position für die Wandhalterung an beiden
Seiten des Fensters. Verwenden Sie dafür die
beiliegende Schablone. Befestigen Sie die
beiden Hängevorrichtungen an der Wand,
indem Sie sie auf die Montageplatte schieben
(siehe Abbildung), und ziehen Sie die Schnur
straff.
3. Spannen Sie die Schnur, indem Sie daran
ziehen und gleichzeitig den Griff der
Hängevorrichtung im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Führen Sie diesen Schritt an beiden Seiten aus.
4. Hängen Sie den Vorhang mit den bereits
angebrachten Klammern an der Schnur auf
und spannen Sie die Schnur im Bedarfsfall
nach.
5. Sobald Sie mit der Spannung zufrieden
sind, können Sie die überschüssige Schnur
abschneiden und die Enden in das Loch
stecken. Hinweis: Sie sollten mindestens
5 cm Schnur überstehen lassen, damit Sie
das Ende ordentlich einstecken können.
6. Falls Sie den Vorhang kürzen müssen,
verwenden Sie die mitgelieferte
Abstandschablone zum Messen und
Markieren. Nehmen Sie den Vorhang wieder
ab, bevor Sie die überschüssige Länge mit
einer scharfen Schere abschneiden.
Gelegentlich kann es erforderlich sein, die
Schnur nachzuspannen, damit sie straff
bleibt und Ihr Ready Made Curtain optimal
hängt.
