2.2 Preparation of Reagents
Explanation of reagent preparation before conducting isolating work
Note:
Use reagents within their expiration dates.
If an expired reagent is used, the expected yield and purity may not be
attained.
The expiry date is indicated on the outer box of the reagent kit.
■Reagent strips
QuickGene-AutoS kits include reagent strips.
Following things are included each wells of reagent strips;

Short tip
#3 :
Tip pack (need to be set 1ml long tip after setting reagent strip into the Reagent holder)

Nothing (need to be set sample tube before starting operation)
